Do I have to sign a contract?
No.  We offer “pay as you go” service agreements as well as 12,24, and 36 month contracts.

Are you a licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. We hold all the required permits, and licenses for lawn care, weed, and fertilizer treatments required.  We are licensed in several categories by the NCDA and all chemicals we use are approved by the NCDA and the EPA.

What kinds of Payments do you accept?
We will accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.  Regular reoccurring customers typically have a credit card on file with us.  We charge you after a regular scheduled job.  We will email photos of the yard on request, in case you are out of town and want to see our work.

How will I know you have done the work?
Normally after a service we will leave a sign by your driveway to let you know we’ve been there.  In most cases our liquid weed control applications will have a blue marking dye in it making the coverage area visible.  We use a state of the art customer tracking software that enables us to upload pictures of your yard after the work has been done.  At your request we can email these photos to you.  If you are travelling or on vacation, you can have the piece of mind knowing everything at your home is being looked after.

Why is my Yard Blue?
We use a marking dye in most of our liquid weed control applications.  This let’s us know that we have good coverage and didn’t double spray areas.  It lets you know that we have sprayed the entire area that we said we would. Please have people and pets stay off the grass after these applications until they are dry and the next few mornings afterwards if there is dew.
